Devin & Veronica entered my life though my inbox. Our first conversation was via a group FB live as these two gorgeous humans serve in the military and were stationed in different locations around the world. I think this couple gets the award for greatest distance away from their wedding location award. These two met while being delayed overseas and were determined to keep their relationship going strong. regardless of which country they were stationed in. Talk about long distance y'all!! With the help and family and friends, they were able to hire a killer vendor team and coordinate everything seamlessly to pull off one of the most beautiful beach weddings I've ever had the honor of photographing. Veronica's hometown is in Navarrre Beach, Florida and Devin's roots are in Baltimore, Maryland. Sidenote: I throughly LOVE when couples have ties to my hometown in Maryland. Living full time in New Orleans, Louisiana , finding people that are from where I'm from...it's a little spark of magic in this world. Clearly, I adored the couple from the word go.
We decided the day of their wedding to do a first look for a few reasons, most importantly the threat of bad weather and we really hated to give them the time to enjoy each other on the white sand beaches with the clear turquoise water behind them and it was one of the most special moments of the day!

Their vows took place at sunset surrounded by select close friends and family along the shore of the Spring Hill Suites on Navarre Beach and the reception was inside the hotels main ballroom. Everyone involved in bringing this super special couples wedding day to life was amazing and I can't wait to be back in the panhandle of Florida capturing your vibrant love story.
